    Release for Dex One Local Leaders Forum

    By registering for and attending the Dex One Local Leaders Forum, you grant Dex One Service, Inc., its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, including without limitation R.H. Donnelley Inc., Dex Media, Inc., and Dex One Digital, Inc., and their respective employees, agents, and contractors (collectively, “Dex One”) the perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and unqualified right to display, publish, reproduce, make derivative works from, transfer, assign, sublicense, and otherwise use in any existing or future medium (1) your image, likeness, and sound of your voice as broadcast and/or recorded on video- and/or audiotape at the Local Leaders Forum; and (2) information you provide as part of registering for the Local Leaders Forum (collectively, the “Material”).
    Without limiting the foregoing, Dex One may (1) broadcast the Local Leaders Forum via the Internet; (2) record (audio and video) and rebroadcast the Local Leaders Forum; (3) use part or all of the recording for Dex One’s promotional purposes; (4) sublicense part or all of the recording to the presenters at the Local Leaders Forum for their promotional use; and/or (5) sell copies of part or all of the recording.
    Dex One retains the copyright and all other rights in the broadcast and recording of the Local Leaders Forum as well as copies of and other works created from the broadcasts and/or recordings. You waive the right to compensation for broadcasts, recordings, sublicenses, and other uses of the Local Leaders Forum and the Material. You understand that the Material may be edited prior to use, and you waive all moral rights in the Material as well as the right to inspect, reject, and/or approve the finished product in which the Material appears.
